Special Introductory Offer:
August - October 2025: €2,900/week
Minimum stay: 11 nights
November-January our stable will be upgraded to be able to accommodate 14 + children / teenagers ”simple but cool style” and a new pricing for rental of the property will be presented. If you are interested in dates from February 1st 2026 and forward pls send us an application and we will inform you about our preliminary pricing from February 1st 2026.

About us
We are a Swedish family with five children who bought this property a couple of years ago after falling in love with the area during our many visits here. After searching for the perfect house, we finally found Casa y Stable, a property with an ideal location and the potential to become exactly what we dreamed of: a home for our active, large family and friends – a peaceful retreat with easy access to everything this beautiful region has to offer: tranquil countryside, vibrant cities, stunning beaches, the island of Tabarca, and an authentic taste of the very best in this part of Spain.
We’ve just completed the first phase of transforming this special place, and we love it so much that we wish we could stay here all year round. However, with our younger children still in school and active in football teams in Stockholm, the house remains empty most of the year. We feel it’s a shame, so we’ve decided to open it up for others who want to experience this wonderful place. Any proceeds will go towards further developing Casa Y Establo and supporting local initiatives – building collaborations between Casa Y Establo and selected local projects, people, businesses, and organizations.
Our sincere ambition is to be a small yet creative and positive force for this area – contributing to the life, culture, and growth of its villages, cities, businesses, and people. By staying here, you become a part of these efforts and help us give something back to the community we have come to care so much about.
